Do You Provide Care In Facilities Also?

How Do You Select Caregivers?
All our caregivers are carefully interview and screened, screening process includes verification of education, training or work experience, employment history, written reference letters with phone numbers, criminal background check.
Can I Meet The Caregiver In Advance?
Yes, part of our service is being able to match the right caregiver with the personality of your love one. During the selection process of choosing caregivers, we make our professional recommendation to the family of two to three caregivers. Then, it is up to the client’s personal preferences for which caregiver is the most suitable for them.
Who Pays The Caregiver And How Do They Get Paid?
All our caregivers are employees of Star Angel. We simply invoice you for the services rendered and we take care of paying the caregivers, along with the taxes, insurance, benefits, and other administrative requirements.
What If My Caregiver Is Sick Or Goes On Vacation?
We have a continuous supply of excellent, caring caregivers that are ready on a moment’s notice in case of sickness or emergency. We receive advanced notice of any vacation request.
